With easy access to shops and public transport. The space The space is well laid out with all 3 bedrooms at one end of the home and entertaining at the other. Property sleeps 5 comfortably. Bedrooms comprise of: BED 1 KING BED BED 2 QUEEN BED BED 3 single bed The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan spaces, while the dividing wall provides separation for different zones. The living space (with huge TV!) is great for a relaxing retreat or to enjoy a board game with friends or family. The house is single level, it is raised, with a few steps up at both front and rear entries. There is a full bathroom and an extra toilet in a powder room for convenience. Outdoors offers an undercover carport. The front yard, is grass and has a high fence providing privacy from the main road. Guest access You have Entire access to the home during your stay. The under cover carport is for 1 car only, additional cars must use free street parking. No cars to park in front of carport or in driveway, as we have an understanding with the neighbour who shares the driveway. (separate house) Other things to note • For families with small children, the house is fully fenced, but the carport roller door can be opened. Both front and rear outdoor areas are connected by a narrow side path. It is your responsibility to ensure children are safe and supervised at all times. • The house is on a Main Road. It is fully fenced for privacy. • The house has a few steps up at the front and rear entrances. Otherwise is one level.
