A private bedroom in a newly built modern house just 25 minutes from Edinburgh city centre by direct bus. Ideal for someone who needs a place to spend the night comfortably and explore the iconic city of Edinburgh and nearby areas during day. There is no kitchen facility available. Due to religious reasons, no non-vegetarian food is allowed to bring in the house. Eg. Eggs, fish, or any other non-vegetarian food. The space The bedroom has a king size bed for two guests (bigger than king size actually) The bedroom has a built in wardrobe half of which has some stuff from host and guests are welcome to use other half of the wardrobe. Perfect for an individual/couples or two individuals too. Depending on the number of guests, it will either be available as single bed or full king size bed. If full bed is needed for one guest, please let us know in advance so that the room can be made ready accordingly. Bathroom is shared. 24 hrs hot water available and good heating system. Wi-fi is available. There is no kitchen facility available. Guest access Guests can access their private booked room and bathroom (which is shared). Kitchen, living room or other rooms aren't accessible. Thanks! During your stay I can interact through Airbnb messages, or in person Other things to note Kitchen/Living room not accessible. Room is on first floor with stair access. Also there are two kids in the premises who can be noisy at times but can be quiet too. We would be trying to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Bedroom doors don't have an individual lock on them. HOUSE RULES: No access to Kitchen/Living Room. Also, due to religious reasons, no non-vegetarian food is allowed to bring in the house. Eg. Eggs, fish, meat or any item containing any meat products. Also, no shoes/outdoor footwear on carpet areas please.
