Two nice private bedrooms for our guests, in a cozy home at the center of Cancún. Walking distance to the famous "Mercado 28", 5 minuts to the bus station ADO, and 20 minutos to the beach. Nice common areas, and if just one room is rented, you´ll have a private bathroom. Guest access We offer you breakfast, coffe, tea, and purified water. Breakfast is served from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Shared places: kitchen (and all the necessary to cook delicious meals) dinning room living room bathroom porch Patio and garden laundry room Restricted area: Second floor.
