It is quiet, very bright with an unobstructed view, and consists of a living room, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies. Lots of shops nearby. Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. M12, Lamarck 12 min M13, Guy Môquet 6 minutes Bus 31 - 1 min, 60 - 6 mins, 95 - 5 mins
