Beautiful Home Overlooking Nature Reserve

Enjoy your own private spaces including a bedroom with a super comfy bed and lovely linens, your own private bathroom and an office on the landing. Feel totally welcome sharing the living spaces including a well-equipped kitchen and a serene patio overlooking the bush parkland. The neighbourhood has great walking trails, outdoor workout equipment and basketball courts. I also have a second bedroom available with a queen bed that you can book for $160 a night for both rooms. The space The home is just 1.5 years old and is very well appointed. I lived in America for 25 years so the home has a lot of creature comforts and very comfortable bedding. Guest access The guests are welcome to use all facilities and common areas. I have a well appointed kitchen with a 90 cm oven and everything you need to cook and serve with. During your stay I am very welcoming but follow my guests lead on how much interaction they prefer. I'm always available either in person or via text if you need any help with anything or have any questions. Other things to note Strictly NO smoking or vaping. I have two adorable little Cavoodles that shouldn't bother you more than for a little pat when they first see you.
