A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family of 4 or friends. Kids under 3 stay free. The kitchenette is stocked for your first couple of breakfasts, including daily fresh eggs. The space Travelers can find a casual quiet space in our Cottage, plenty of room for two & children (kids under 3 are not charged). A loft bed space and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large walk-in shower in the en-suite with heated floors. A classic wood-burning stove for winter nights, outside: two fire pits, and a barbecue for outdoor use will keep you stargazing. A warm and quiet space to chill indoors or a space to roam on our acres, summer and winter. Kathlyn Creek meanders the length of the property is perfect for family play or just reflection. Freshly laid eggs thanks to our hens, cereals, bread, fresh ground coffee, and fruit are provided for your first couple breakfasts in the kitchenette. Wifi TV, Netflix, YouTube, medium speed Wi-Fi for your lounging pleasure, even a few books and games to relax within the bedroom reading nook (doubles as an infant bed area). Most of our guests review the Cottage as super "chill." We will make provision for your pets. Not in the Cottage, though, We have a heated Music room 5 meters from door to door ( $15. per night). We have a fenced area too, where our dog loves to hang with new friends. Guest access Our guests, or handicapped persons, can park near the Cottage (summer only if needed), albeit in winter, a carport is kept exclusively for guest use, with plug-in power if needed. The back cleared mowed acres, garden and creek are yours to explore. There is a space to park a large RV,s motor-homes, sled trailer, horse float, whatever your requirements, we'll try to accommodate. No pets in the Cottage, sorry (dogs and cats) unless you keep them in your vehicle or our music room 5 meters from the Cottage. Storage for skis, bikes, and available. Other things to note Hey kids under the age of 3 (when you arrive) stay free, no crib on site, but a nook at the main bed for little ones, (just book 1, 2 or3 adults on the booking page).
