King size beds of 1-80 x 2.00 m. One of the bedrooms give you the possibility of transforming a King size bed into two twins. The 3rd bedroom have a single bed of 1.10 The apt also have a sofa bed measuring 1.05x1.93. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and bar counter, living room with sofas and armchairs, TV with Wi-Fi connection and Netflix, etc. 1 dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. A terrace with sofas, table and chairs to enjoy breakfast or lunch with amazing views to La Concha bay and beach. Located in the best area of the city, in front of Ondarreta beach and a few minutes to the old town and its famous internationally known pintxo bars. Safe deposit box Free Parking Guest access Gym, Tennis court, beach, restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and nature trails are all just in front of the apartment. Other things to note bookings of up to 4 months (120 nights) the expenses of supplies (gas, heating and electricity) are included up to the amount of 220 Euros / month.
