The hotel has a great location 1.9 km from downtown Caldas Novas. A FEE OF 5.00 BRAZILIAN REALS PER PERSON, PER RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN. The space Your reservation is for a PRIVATE apartment located inside the Hotel Spazzio diRoma. The Spazzio diRoma Hotel offers a home for the entire family. With several attractions, Spazzio diRoma offers indoor thermal pools, opiates, game room, fitness center, restaurant, etc. Accommodation: 1 Queen size double bed, and 2 single beds being one on top and one on the bottom, private bathroom in the bedroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, safe, TV smart 32¨ ⚠️Important: Linen and bath linens are not included (Additional cost). It is not allowed the use of an electric pan, airfryer or any other similar appliance inside the room or in the areas of the hotel. ⚠️Liability: Any damage caused by the guest on the premises of the room or hotel will be the responsibility of the guest himself, who must bear the costs of repair. Other things to note The "DIROMA ACQUA PARK/SPLASH" closes on Thursdays for maintenance EXCEPT during high season and Holidays. Water park opening hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Access to the park is already included in the daily rate for all guests, except on the day of check-out. The Condominium is located 2 km from downtown Caldas Novas, Restaurants, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy and many shops.
