Our building is well kept with the most beautiful garden in the neighborhood that my neighbors maintain. Please respect my neighbors by not making loud noises especially when you step outside with loud talk. 1 min walk to bus stop. Street parking fairly easy to park during a day, at night gets bit tighter but you will always find a spot with couple minutes of walk smart TV vizio ( youtube and other apps that you can use with your cridentials) WiFi, Blackout shades with remote control. Dishwasher, food disposer, coffee machine kreug mini, ice maker, toaster, whole apartment Water filter installed in the closet + filter in the fridge and extra water filter in the kitchen for good tasting water. Bedroom is soundproofed with double wall and double window Bathroom has a towel warmer, hair dryer, heated floor and lots of lights, rain shower with above head switch. Things to note: x Smoking in the building or in the unit is not allowed. x No gatherings. Ask us about visitors. x Only 4 guests per unit x No parking on private parking spaces marked with numbers, only street parking( wellington ave or Harlem ave) x it is very quiet building when you step out for a smoke, please Dont be loud especially after 10pm as noise transfers very easily -LOUD MUSIC IS PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.
