Convenient studio - gare

We understand how expensive to stay in Luxembourg. That's why we propose our small but well-equipped studio in Luxembourg center (next to train station). We rent it out during days we are out of town only to cover the rent cost. You have the whole studio, including a small kitchen and bathroom, just for you, no sharing! To offer you a good price, we don't have luxury furniture, we appreciate you take care of them like your own. Please read all the description in this page before booking. The space Studio has double layer windows with a nice view, and efficient curtains The studio has a wardrobe, table with 4 chairs, double bed with bedside table and lamp, kitchen with cooking stuff and plates. It has dishes and cups as well. Guest access Main train station nearby (4 minutes walk), tramway (less than 5 minutes walk), several bus stations all around. The clean lady will be here to welcome you and give you the keys. Please let us know your estimated check in hour beforehand. Other things to note It is adequate for people who value location, price and convenience. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and 50 euro penalties will be requested for smoking inside. We try our best to accommodate late check out or early check in requests, please communicate as soon as possible if you have special requests. If you are booking for another person, please declare the all the people that will be staying and make sure they read the housing rule beforehand. Please do not throw the towels on the floor or use them for purpose other than drying the body after shower. Please wash your dishes or glasses after using them, extra cleaning fee 20 euro will be charged if dishes are not washed. Please do not take apartment belongings(such as candles, books, lighters etc. with you when you check out. Please do not use the washing machine attached to the wall, it was not completely installed and may cause damage to the flat. We have not listed washing machine in the listing. One guest one towel, extra towel can be provided with additional fee if requested in advance.
