For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ QUITE HOURS★ Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home & that there may be a guest in the apartment below. Please be sure respect the designated quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am. ★ PET FEES★ We do allow pets for $175 per pet. ★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & BEDS★ There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and and 2 queen sized beds in the other rooms. We also just upgraded our couch in the living room to a sleeper sofa bed. We also have a Queen sized air mattress ★ EXTERIOR CAMERAS★ a. There are two active exterior cameras b. 1 camera on the front door and 1 camera on the backdoor c. The cameras capture the views of the front of the home and the backyard area. d. Cameras are do not actively record. The cameras do have a motion sensor feature which records when triggered. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
