Set in a small, authentic Nièvre village, between fields and forests, this charming detached house, recently renovated and offering over 100 m² of living space, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. A peaceful and rejuvenating retreat, it is the perfect base for hiking, swimming, fishing, and cycling, or simply unwinding in nature. The space This charming detached house welcomes you to a warm and comfortable setting. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a lounge and dining area, enhanced by a large fireplace, perfect for cozy gatherings. An adjoining room provides access to a separate WC, the staircase leading to the upper floor, and the southwest-facing garden, furnished with an outdoor table, fire pit, and hot tub, allowing you to fully enjoy sunny days and evenings outdoors. Upstairs, the house features: a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (180 x 210 cm) a second family bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine/dryer. An ideal place for a comfortable, warm, and rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Guest access You'll enjoy a 400 m² enclosed garden with mature trees, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility, with the option of enjoying a soak in the Nordic bath (available for stays of more than 3 nights). Other things to note 🌿 Nordic Hot Tub – Your Wellness Escape 🌿 The Nordic hot tub is available only for stays of more than 3 nights, from April to December. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it. To enjoy the wood-fired hot tub experience, an extra fee of €50 per day applies, payable on-site or via Airbnb (discounted rate for 3 or more days).
