- Welcome to this relaxing oasis near Seville with a pool AVAILABLE until November. - Enjoy a relaxing stay in this apartment with a pool, located just 10 minutes from Seville. - Ideal for couples, families with children or solo travelers. - Capacity: Maximum 2 adults and 2 minors (0-12) from the same family unit - Single-Family Residential Area - Garden area and 250 m2 pool. - Nearby beach, 45 minutes by car. - Pool shared only with the owner. The space - We are in a very quiet residential area perfect to rest after exploring Seville. - INDEPENDENT apartment, on a plot of 510m2 that has another INDEPENDENT and INCOMMUNICADO house in which I live. - 30m2 accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom,Smart TV, free WiFi, A/A of 3,500 refrigerators etc , designed for COUPLES with children( Max 2 adults and 2 minors ). - It consists of kitchen- dining room ( equipped with cutlery , kitchenette, refrigerator , microwave, etc. ) and folding table for 4 people , living room with a comfortable sofa bed ( measures 1'5 * 1'9 ), full bathroom with shower plate and one bedroom with a double bed ( 1'35 * 1'90 ). The sink is the only place where there is no hot water. It doesn't have an oven. - Large outdoor garden and large pool of 9*5 m which is shared ONLY with HOST and family , with the possibility of EXCLUSIVE USE. - Next to the pool, you have prepared a shaded area with everything you need for your comfort and tranquility ( tables, chairs, sun loungers, puffs, hammock, outlets...) ideal for breakfast , lunch or dinner outdoors. - YOUR COMFORT, INTIMACY AND ENJOYMENT IS OUR PRIORITY. Guest access - COMMON AREAS (only with host). 1. - POOL: 9*5 meters. Shared only with the Host and family. No other guests stay at the place. Season start: April 10 End of season 1 November 2. - GARDEN: Large garden in which you will have a shaded area (3*4m gazebo and 4m diameter parasol) equipped with table, chairs, puff, hammock, sun loungers. Towels and bed linens are changed (upon request) every 4 nights. Other things to note - Once the initial reservation is accepted, subsequent changes to the conditions are not allowed. New guests or changes to guests are not allowed. - Host lives in the same place but in INDEPENDENT accommodation and always looking out for your privacy and comfort . - Relaxed stay with pool just a 10 minute drive from Seville -Free parking on the same street of the accommodation - Spacious exterior, landscaped areas, large private pool of 9*5 meters (shared ONLY with HOST and FAMILY) ; an ideal place to rest after exploring Centro Histórico. -It is possible to provide OTHER SERVICES such as: - EXCLUSIVE USE of pool per hour or full day under economic supplement. - Advice on cultural visits and gastronomic enjoyment. - Travel crib, high chair and baby seat booster.
