- Welcome to this Private Oasis of Relax near Seville. - Enjoy a relaxing stay in this private apartment with pool, located just 10 minutes away by car from the historic center of Seville. - Ideal for couples, families with children or solo travelers that seek tranquility without departing from Sevilla. -Zona Residencial surrounded by nature. - Garden area and 250 m2 pool. - Beaches nearby 45 minutes drive The space - We are in a very quiet residential area perfect to rest after exploring Seville. - INDEPENDENT apartment, on a plot of 510m2 that has another INDEPENDENT and INCOMMUNICADO house in which I live. - 30m2 accommodation with fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom,Smart TV, free WiFi, A/A of 3,500 refrigerators etc , designed for COUPLES with children( Max 2 adults and 2 minors ). - It consists of kitchen- dining room ( equipped with cutlery , kitchenette, refrigerator , microwave, etc. ) and folding table for 4 people , living room with a comfortable sofa bed ( measures 1'5 * 1'9 ), full bathroom with shower plate and one bedroom with a double bed ( 1'35 * 1'90 ). - Large outdoor garden and large pool of 9*5 m which is shared ONLY with HOST and family , with the possibility of EXCLUSIVE USE. - Next to the pool, you have prepared a shaded area with everything you need for your comfort and tranquility ( tables, chairs, sun loungers, puffs, hammock, outlets...) ideal for breakfast , lunch or dinner outdoors. - YOUR COMFORT, PRIVACY AND ENJOYMENT IS OUR PRIORITY. Guest access - COMMON AREAS (only with host). 1. - POOL: 9*5 meters. Only shared with Host and family. No other guests stay at the place. Home season : 1 June End of season 1 November 2. - GARDEN: Large garden in which you will have a shaded area (3*4m gazebo and 4m diameter parasol) equipped with table, chairs, puff, hammock, sun loungers.
