Welcome to our Little Yellow House. Perfect place for a couples retreat to relax and unwind in our 1940's abode located in a quiet neighborhood. Minimum age to book this listing is 22 years old. Enjoy scenic day trips to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The space Our home is small, cozy and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please note: While our home sleeps 2 comfortably. We are strict on inforcing this minimum occupancy. If more than 2 guests are found to be staying at the house, you will be asked immediately to leave with no refund. The bedroom is furnished with single full size bed. We do accept a small child and have Pack and Play crib and High chair upon request. Bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: - Full size bed - Space for hanging clothes and setting luggage Living room: - Full size sleeper sofa This area of Idaho is full of so many places to explore. Here’s what we love most about our location: - 90 minutes to West Yellowstone - 90 minutes to Grand Teton - 20 minutes to Rexburg - 20 minutes to BYU Idaho Guest access The Little Yellow House is a single dwelling. It is situated on a corner lot. In the summer and fall there is a patio with patio table and 4 chairs and BBQ. Other things to note We have a 15'x60' gated cement pad for RV parking Wifi included; Download speed 40 Mbps, Upload speed 20 Mbps. For a total of 60Mbps. For the securityof our guests and the safety of our home, we have 3 outdoor security cameras located at the front door, back patio and driveway.
