Believer or not— This house IS haunted and this is NOT to be taken lightly. There is a waiver for staying. Walking distance to Lake Ontario, beautiful views, and many places for fishing and kayaking. Located right near the Harbor, Newfane Marina and just 3 minutes from the Van Horn Mansion! Waiver needs to be signed in order to stay, I am happy to send that over for your review! Security cameras in public areas/entrances. You enter the house through the porch area, which is located at the rear of the building. Inside the doors you will find a large area to put any gear, luggage, etc to keep out of the elements. You would then enter the house. The first floor is an open floor plan, starting with the kitchen. ( refrigerator, stove and microwave are available. As well as cups, plates, silverware and some pots/pans and cooking utensils) To the right of the kitchen is a smaller dining room area that leads to the sliding doors for the deck area outside. Off of the dining room is the first bathroom with the washer and dryer. Off of the dining room you will find the stairs. The remainder of the floor is the living room. There is access to the living room from the kitchen or dining room. (a large L couch, and a smaller couch available as well as an Amazon TV) between the living room and dining room it will lead you to the stairs for the second floor. Upstairs, the bedroom to the left has the 2nd bathroom and a very large walk in closet. (Amazon TV as well) The bedroom to the right is a bit smaller but still has a lot of room and a larger closet to hang items. There is a desk area in the right bedroom for a quite place to work if need be! There is also a desk set up downstairs in the living room. The house is on a quiet street in walking distance to many beautiful locations to discover! The backyard has lots of space but is not fenced in. There is a bonfire pit as well! In walkable distance to the heart of Olcott beach and to many areas for kayak launching or casting into the water for several species of fish!
