Sit on the outdoor terrace or patio for your sunny breakfasts or around the plancha for your sweet starry evenings. 1 parking space is available in front of the apartment. The space The 65 m² apartment is located on the ground floor, here you can disconnect peacefully, or connect to the Wi-Fi. After parking your car in front of the apartment, to access it you will pass through the 50 m² outdoor terrace protected by a wooden pergola and furnished with a living room with tables, chairs and deckchair. A plancha is installed with all the necessary tools to enjoy a good friendly and warm meal. The apartment is decorated with natural wood and neutral tones and carefully equipped for your relaxation, culinary and toilet moments. At your disposal: a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, a vacuum cleaner. The bay window of the main room overlooks the terrace, and is composed of a kitchen side equipped with 1 fridge, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 toaster, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 classic coffee machine and 1 kettle. Coffee, tea, water, and cookies await your arrival. Guests can sit around a large wooden table and candlestick, or on the living room side on a 6-seater leather sofa placed in front of the TV. The bathroom has 1 shower, 1 toilet, toilet paper, clean towels, and 1 hair dryer. For your daily comfort and a comfortable sleep you can adjust the temperature and the ideal brightness of the apartment thanks to the air conditioning installed in the corridor, the silent fans present in the 2 bedrooms of 10 m², each with a double bed, a closet with hangers, tables and bedside lamps. A small shaded patio with a small table and a chair connects the 2 bedrooms by full-length windows. Books, games, and area guides are there to keep you entertained. Located in a quiet and family-friendly subdivision, you can take 1-hour or 1-day hiking trails starting directly from the apartment and visit the surrounding villages (Monticello, L'Ile-Rousse, Santa Reparata…) or go to the beach in 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot (Remember that there is the descent and… the ascent :) ) Guest access The entire apartment is accessible, as well as the 2 outdoor terraces and parking.
