If you're looking for privacy in a prime location, Bella's home is the place to be! Take a dip in the heated pool as you watch the sunset. Or just recharge and head back to the beach! 15 Minutes to TPA Airport 10 Minutes to downtown St. Pete/Pier 15 Minutes to St. Pete Beach 45 Minute to Clearwater Beach 2 Minutes to Interstate 275 The space When you arrive to the property, you'll notice the oversized automatic gate for the ultimate safety and privacy. There is a Keypad for entry. You'll then have access to a fob/gate remote to use during your trip. The heated pool is new and maintained weekly. There is a full patio set and BBQ as well for use during your trip. This newly updated home has 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 with a King bed, and the other with a twin and a Full. There is also a pull out couch in the family room ( green couch in the photos). Think of this as your home away from home including an office space and high internet speeds for those who are "working from home" but in the beautiful Florida sunshine! There is one other studio unit at the rear of the property that offers an additional queen bed and bathroom (shower/one sink vanity/ toilet). We like to keep this as an option for guests who would like extra privacy or just need additional space. If you would also like to reserve the studio please let us know upon booking! **Extra fees will apply for separate entry studio** Guest access When you arrive there is a keypad to access the property. There is then a door to enter the home, once inside the gated area. You can access the home by entering the door code on the keypad. Other things to note *All guest staying on the property must be listed at check in. ZERO tolerance policy for extra guests who are not on your guest list. As per our insurance policy, no guests are permitted other than those listed at check in. Extra guests can always be added, so please be transparent and let us know. The insurance policy is to protect you and your guests. It won’t cover anyone not listed. This is why we must enforce this policy, and make all guests aware of it. Please see house rules for more info. Pool details : Our pool is great for lounging. Both ends are shallow ( 3 feet ), with the middle being the deepest part ( 5 feet). Please do not have any glass in or around the pool. The pool is not separately fenced off once inside the gate. Children MUST be supervised at all times. Host is not liable for any injuries in or around the pool. The pool is to be used at your own risk. *Option to Heat Pool : During the winter months, October - April. Guests will have the option to pay an additional fee to heat the pool. Please contact us prior to your stay so we can provide the cost of this service. Cost varies on the weather during your stay. There is plenty to do in St Pete and the surrounding area! Let us know what brings you to the area and we can suggest a few things for you and your guest to do. The Cameras that are on the outside of the property are recording to a cloud server. These cameras are not accessed during your stay. The only time the camera footage would be accessible is if there is a complaint raised by the guest, or the property owner. The safety of you and your family / guests are our top priority.
