Villa Persås

Welcome to a bright and newly renovated villa on the edge of the forest. A perfect place to get away from everyday life and enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful Värmland countryside. Take a walk in the woods behind the villa, where you can pick mushrooms and berries, or relax on the patio with a nice view of a large meadow with a pond. Kristinehamn's center is just 5 minutes away by car, and the archipelago and swimming areas are close by. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price. The space Villa Persås has an open plan that opens up between the dining area, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV and fireplace. In the sun room there is a large dining room table and 2 comfortable armchairs where you can look out over a large meadow with a pond. Upstairs, there is a loft with a sofa bed in the front part and 8 mattresses in the back part. Opposite the house there is a games room with a ping pong table, rackets and balls, and a dartboard with darts. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa, including the large parking lot just outside. Other things to note There are two other buildings on the property.
