With two drawer nightstands, a stylish mirror, and a four-drawer chest, there's plenty of space for your belongings. You can unwind with your favorite movies and shows on the 42” TV, which comes with Netflix and HBO. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay! It includes: - Plenty of Pots and Pans. - Serving utensils. - A full set of chef knives. - Serving dishes, bowls, and cups. - A stove, microwave, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and a refrigerator. Dinning: Includes 4-seat table in an open layout, promoting easy conversation and a relaxed atmosphere for shared meals. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, it allows for a seamless serving and dining experience. Our space is fully furnished and with WIFI, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit. The unit features central AC and heat for your comfort year-round, along with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer for added convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit Self-check-in allows Airbnb guests to enter the apartment without meeting the host to hand over the keys. Other things to note We have a Ring doorbell camera outside of our home at the entrance for security and your peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the home to respect our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty of $200 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, or if the house has been penetrated by smoke. This includes any damages or odors caused by smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the property and all cigarette buds must be picked up and thrown in the garbage after completely tuned off. 2) No loud noises after 11 PM. 3) No events or parties. 4) All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Additional day guests are welcome with notice and a $10 per person, per day fee. 5)If you're planning to bring your furry friend along, please ensure you add your dog to your reservation. This allows us to prepare accordingly and apply the proper pet fee for your stay. 6)The cleaning fee you pay is for preparing the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently before checking out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee based on how long it takes to clean up after you. While we don’t expect you to scrub the home, please be sure to pick up your trash and return items to their original places. 7) The checkout time is at 11 AM. If you aren’t out of the house by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $100. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate!). 8) It is your responsibility to prevent locking yourself out. A fee of $35 will be charged if we need to send someone to let you back in. 9) Please report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to you and reported to Airbnb.
