And this apartment is located above a Chinese restaurant on the street, with another restaurant to your left, and yet another to your right. So you’ve got choices aplenty right on your doorstep when it’s mealtime. But before we talk food, let’s take a look around this smart and modern air conditioned apartment that’s ready to welcome up to 6 guests. OPEN CONCEPT LIVING & DINING AREA WITH KITCHEN You’re on vacation to spend time together, and this open concept space lets you do exactly that. Feel the quality of the smooth wooden floor underfoot as you move from the living area with its sofas (both of which convert into double beds and offer great views of the wall-mounted TV) over to the dining table that seats 6 for meals, games, work, whatever. And yes, that is a triangular window. Isn’t is about time you stayed somewhere with a triangular window?! On the opposite side of this open space you’ll find the kitchen. Nobody in your group is likely to want to wash up while you’re on vacation. Stay here and you won’t have to as there’s a dishwasher you can load up after meals to take care of the dishes. It’s one of the many appliances you’ll find in the modern kitchen, including a blender, rice cooker and everything you need for a BBQ. Plus, there’s a Keurig coffee maker so you can start each day the most delicious way, perhaps while sitting on one of the two stools at the breakfast bar. THE BEDROOM This apartment sleeps six, with the bedroom featuring a neatly presented and beautifully comfortable queen bed in a separate room with its own TV. Up to 4 more guests can use the two sofas in the living room, both of which convert into double beds. THE BATHROOM Getting ready to go out is one of the many fun parts of being away on vacation, and you can make sure you’re looking the part by freshening up in the bathroom which features a tub with shower overhead, plus a vanity with large mirror. Your host will ensure there are towels and toiletries ready for you to use, and there’s plenty of space around the wash basin and in the cupboards underneath to store your own. OUTDOOR SPACE Somewhere outside to sit and call your own. You can’t beat it. The patio, which is accessed from the bedroom, features chairs either side of the door. So kick back and relax, maybe read a book, do some work or just revel in having absolutely nothing to do at all! And when you get hungry, maybe fire up the BBQ. FAMILY FRIENDLY HOME Your hosts welcome guests of all ages, and a travel cot is provided if needed. But please be aware that there are steps to walk up to access the apartment. REMOTE WORKERS WELCOME Visiting Louisville on business? Why pay for a cramped hotel room when you can live more like you do at home right here? The whole place is served by fast wifi and there are tables inside and outside where you can work. Plus, when it’s time for a snack break, you’re surrounded by options! BRING YOUR DOG! Can’t bear the thought of going on vacation without your dog? Stay here and you’re welcome to bring your pet with you. LAUNDRY A spillage down a new shirt? A stain on your favorite shorts or skirt?
