Elegant loft on two levels, created from the renovation of an old family cellar where wine was produced in the house. The tuff walls and exposed arches tell stories of tradition. The space The loft is located inside an old family cellar, where wine was once produced in the house. We have lovingly renovated this place, preserving the original elements in tuff and stone, and furnishing it with a modern and essential style. The heart of the house is an old vine, where the machine for pressing grapes was fixed: a living presence that tells of the past. The house is on two levels: on the ground floor, a living area with a kitchen, a double sofa bed and a bathroom; on the upper floor, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed that can be transformed into two single beds (that can be joined) and a second bathroom. Comfort and functionality are combined with a unique and authentic atmosphere. Guest access We always welcome our guests in person, because for us hospitality is first and foremost a smile, an exchange, an authentic welcome. The entrance to the loft is on the ground floor of an old building, which is accessed through a charming stone and lawn courtyard, shared with the other condominiums. The building borders an ancient lemon garden of Massa, visible but not accessible. However, if you wish, we will be happy to accompany you to visit it and, with pleasure, give you some freshly picked lemons, as a gesture of welcome and a bond with our land. Other things to note The loft is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, but just minutes from the most beautiful places on the Sorrento Peninsula. We are surrounded by authentic views, stone walls, nature and the scent of lemons. 🚏 Bus stop: right in front of the apartment is the bus stop for Sorrento, Massa Lubrense and nearby locations. Upon arrival, we will be happy to explain everything in detail and provide you with updated schedules, so you can move around easily even without a car. 🚗 Parking: upon request and prior agreement, we provide a private parking space about 100 meters from the apartment (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can park for free along the road, about 250 meters from the property. 📌 Accommodation tax: as required by the Municipality, cash payment of the accommodation tax is required upon arrival (€3.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights – children under 18 are exempt). 🪪 Identity document: at check-in, you will need to provide a valid document for mandatory guest registration.
