Studio with pool, garden and terrace

Discover Lyon with this studio and its garden, on the waterfront, 20 min by bus from Place Bellecour or by metro from Part-Dieu station. The space The accommodation is a single room of 11 m2 equipped with some basic equipment that allows you to get by but not really cook (a small hob, a very small fridge, a sink and some dishes), a table with 2 stools, a fan, a sofa bed, a mezzanine and completed by a bathroom of 9 m2 with shower and toilet. For your sleeping arrangements, if there are 2 of you, you have the choice between a sofa bed with a good quality 140*190 bed or a 160*200 bed on the mezzanine (beware of the very low ceiling!!). The beds are of basic comfort. * WE RENT OUR STUDIO AT THE END OF OUR GARDEN ONLY WHEN WE ARE ABSENT * ** THE STUDIO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR COOKING** Thus, the studio overlooks our house (closed) and you benefit from the whole garden (about 200 m2) as well as the terrace, table and chairs and garden furniture and of course the swimming pool. A small shed is also present to the left of the studio with barbecue, Ping Ping table and children's games. Guest access Check-in is autonomous with a key box. Upon arrival you should park in front of the house. You will then have access to the badge opening the gate to park your car inside the property. Other things to note Automatic watering starts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 p.m. The robotic lawnmower passes every morning except Sunday. The pool is equipped with an immersed shutter that will remain open for the entire duration of your stay. It is therefore imperative to know how to swim.
