Our Condo Unit was featured at Thebeat Asia for being Modern Luxe Condo Unit. Guest access Swimming pool/gym access- 150php/guest per day. Admin is close on Sunday and only til 12pm on Saturday. Connecting Bridge to SM North edsa at P2 Level. Alfamart and other restaurants on the ground floor of the Condo. ATM access at the ground floor. Easy transportation. Parking is not included. There are available parking spots at the building. first come first serve basis. Other things to note furnitures and appliances should be used carefully. Any damage during the duration of stay will be reimbursed to the guest. Excluded: Pool Access is 150/guest per day Parking space. Gym access 150/guest per day Guest should accomplish their own Pool access at Level P2. Please take note admin is open til 12pm on Saturdays and close on Sundays. Weekdays is from 9am-5pm.
