Stylish home with beautiful views looking out over the adjacent Wombat State Forest is just a short walk to the main street of Blackwood. You can enjoy breakfast or light lunch at the Post Office Café, perhaps a pub meal at the Blackwood Hotel, but for an amazing food experience, Blackwood Ridge is a must, but advanced bookings are advisable. There are many beautiful walks through the forest, and down by the Lerderderg River, and Garden of St Erth nursery, gardens and Café are also close by. The space There are two bedrooms, both with glass sliding doors out onto the decking, both with beautiful views and ample wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk in shower, and the toilet and laundry are separate. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room is very spacious, again opening out onto the decking. There is a wood fire and a split system, a big screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel and Stan, and very comfy couch with a Chez, and two automatic recliners to guarantee your relaxation! The kitchen provides gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The central island bench allows mingling whilst drinking and eating with friends. You can also enjoy alfresco dining on the deck. Other things to note Just to note, the open fire in the main bedroom is not to be used as flu is blocked off.
