Small FURNISHED house of 25 square meters. Located behind the owners' house, independent access. Close to the station, a 5-minute walk, and a 10-minute walk from the shops. There is an adorable and friendly Beauceron dog on the property. There is an outdoor camera only on the owners' house and not at the rental. Terrace with table/chairs, storage shed. Fully-equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed, table and chair, TV, Wi-Fi 1 Bd with double bed, TV, wardrobe. Access through the gate, passage to access the accommodation through the owners' courtyard to the accommodation. There is a dog, a Beauceron, and 3 cats on the property. There are outdoor cameras that are ONLY PLACED on the owners' house and not at the rental. There are no cameras in the rental or on the rental's terrace. Quiet, bright accommodation. Close to the train station, shops, tobacco shop, pharmacy, post office, bank, bakery, doctor, etc. Playground 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. Bus line nearby. Close to the A13 highway. For your vehicle: It cannot be parked in my courtyard or in front of my gate. You can park it on the sidewalk across from my house. At your disposal for your stay: Senseo coffee maker (Senseo coffee pods + sugar packet + tea bag). Kettle, dish drainer, toaster, microwave, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, broom, dishcloth with household products, fan, window cleaner with microfiber cloth, fridge with freezer, gas stove with gas lighter, all dishes and cooking utensils, bed linens and sofa bed linens provided, bath linens for 1 or 2 people provided, tablecloth, placemats, bathroom mats, outdoor and indoor entrance mats, and kitchen mats. You will need to go through my yard to access your accommodation. You will enter through the gate, which must always be locked with a DOUBLE turn after you enter or exit. The entire property is at your disposal.
