Welcome to the Perchoir with sea view! This vacation home is ideal for a stay with friends and family by the sea. Located high up on a cliff overlooking the artificial port of Arromanches and the landing beaches, you will live in a peaceful and pleasant place. This home is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor is the living room with: - the living room with its many bay windows and sea view - the dining room and kitchen The kitchen is equipped with: - an oven - a refrigerator - microwave - a dishwasher - an induction cooktop - a Senso and filter coffee maker - a kettle - a toaster A bathroom including: - a shower - a double sink - washing machine You can also find a separate toilet as well as a first bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs is: - 1 bedroom with two single beds - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed with sea view You can enjoy an outdoor terrace around the house facing south where you will be sheltered from the wind and to the northeast you can contemplate a magnificent sea view. An outdoor shower will even allow you to rinse off when you return from the beach. Included: linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag. For the remainder of the stay, we'll let you buy what you need. Guest access You will have the place to yourself. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean.
