Welcome to the Perchoir with sea view! This holiday home is ideal for a stay with friends and family by the sea. Located at the height of the cliff overlooking the artificial port of Arromanches and the landing beaches, you will live in a peaceful and pleasant location. This home is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its travelers. The space This home has a capacity of up to 6 guests. On the ground floor is the living room with: - the living room with its many floor-to-ceiling windows and the sea view - dining and kitchen Kitchen is equipped with: - oven - fridge - a microwave - a dishwasher - an induction plate - a Senso and filter coffee maker - a kettle - a toaster Bathroom including: - a shower - a double vanity - washing machine You can also find a separate toilet as well as a first bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs is: - 1 bedroom with two single beds - 1 bedroom with a double bed in 160 with sea view Guests can enjoy an outdoor terrace around the south-facing house where you will be sheltered from the wind and to the northeast you can contemplate a magnificent sea view. An outdoor shower will even allow you to rinse off when you get home from the beach. Included: linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag. For the rest of the stay we will let you buy what you need. Guest access You'll have the place to yourself. You will have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is until 10am maximum. Other things to note Small pets allowed if they are wise and clean.
