In a privileged residential area, our comfortable, air-conditioned villa is nestles in a green setting, facing the Nîmes Vacquerolles golf course. The pool area offers a magnificent view of the golf course and will be the perfect place for your relaxing moments! Many games and a trampoline are available to our guests to the delight of children! The house is ideally located: 5 km from the historic center of Nîmes, and 30/45 minutes from the beaches, Cévennes, Anduze, Pont du Gard, Uzès The space The ground floor consists of a large bright living room open to the kitchen , a toilet, a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people(Size 140) , office space and its private bathroom(shower, sink). Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed for 2 people, one with a 140 cm sofa bed, very comfortable! One last bedroom with a mezzanine bed for 1 person, ideal for a child/teenager. A functional bathroom with bathtub is shared by the 3 bedrooms. 1 WC. The outside consists of a 1st terrace with an 8 seater table, gas plancha. A second elevated terrace with a small trampoline, mini pool, garden furniture, and views of the Vacquerolle golf course. Guest access The house and its exterior are fully accessible to guests. Only the garage will not be accessible. 1 parking space, in front of the garage. Possibility to park another vehicle at the back of the cul-de-sac. There's a floor with stairs. Other things to note Two-story, air-conditioned house. Saltwater pool (2.45 meters by 3.95). Linens provided: bed sheets, bath towels. On request we can provide baby items (folding bed...)
