Several Home chefs within complex provide home cooked meals. Number shared on request. Washing machine and 2 different Wi-Fi networks for people wanting to work from home. A cozy balcony with sitting space where you may watch the sunrise . Set in a quiet neighborhood of Madh Island , the luxurious building complex has beautiful lawns with landscaped gardens for a serene walk within the gated community. Kindly be considerate of Quiet hours -11pm to 7 am, The building complex has a stunning Clubhouse with Mediterranean vibes, a Quaint cafe and Pool , with many amenities and facilities. ( carry personal sports gear ) Guests can use the POOL facilities and amenities for a nominal fee, payable at the clubhouse reception (proper swimwear and cap mandatory). It houses a Convenience Store for daily needs ( clubhouse, pool convenience sore and all facilities within the Clubhouse are CLOSED on MONDAYS ) P.S.- Timings/charges subject to change without notice. This is an added facility for guests & managed by building mgmt, not part of homestay services. Housekeeping: We do our cleaning as per Airbnb norms , that is before every check in. Our guests can request ( in advance) for housekeeping services (11am to 12noon) , for extra fee). Travel : 2 routes to us . Via road : 30 minutes from Malad via Road An hour plus from airport during day time , depending on traffic, 45 minutes at late nights and early mornings. Via Ferry Boat : ( Shorter route for ) 10 minutes from Versova via easy ( 2 minutes )ferry boat ride , through Versova Village. 10 minutes to Versova Metro station. Ferry timings 5:30 am morning to 12:45 am at night. Ticket 5-10 INR 30-35 minutes from Juhu , Andheri etc. Shorter route for South Mumbai , Gateway, Colaba Auto rickshaw available, pick up point for Ubers, Ola etc . Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note Sea Spring has 2 beds for 4 guests, a sofa cum bed and 2 extra mattresses. It can house 6-7 guests. Both Bedrooms and living room has Air conditioning. Both bedrooms have Smart TV. Smoking is strictly allowed ONLY in BALCONY.
