Beautiful Private cottage set on 1 acre of land. Located on its own lake with a sandy Beach and close to all Snowmobile trails. Cottage consists of an open concept, Cozy, very clean, bright, hard wood flooring throughout with wood burning Stove as well as gas fireplace. Kitchen, family room,and deck over look the lake. Cottage has 2 bedrooms . In the winter there is ice fishing, near by sking, skating, and tobogganing. Trails are Sequin C. The space Cottage is fully equipped with all amenities, close to restaurants and Parry Sound for all your needs. Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in the Winter.
