Beautiful apartment on a horse pasture

We have been living in our own home for just over three years and have prepared a beautiful basement apartment in our basement rooms. It is located in a district of Verden. In the immediate vicinity there is a Rewe, Lidl and various leisure activities (swimming pool, climbing park...) - which makes a car almost superfluous. Bicycle tourists as well as train and car travelers are welcome here! The space All rooms of the granny apartment are available for the exclusive use of our guests. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room (with additional sleeping option). Guest access A separate entrance is located behind the house - this can be reached via a footpath and a newly installed garden gate. Other things to note Children who still sleep in a double bed or have their own travel bed do not need to be specified when booking. For all other guests over 2 people, a fee of €5 per day will automatically be charged. These must also be specified when booking.
