Casa Lenda is a former fisherman’s house transformed into a cozy and charming space in the heart of Atins. Located on the main street, it is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to restaurants and local shops. The house also showcases pieces by regional artists and artisans, combining comfort, simplicity, and culture for an authentic experience in the Lençóis Maranhenses. The space New Phase of Casa Lenda – from March 2026 Casa Lenda, in its complete configuration, offers the exclusive use of the entire property: Sede Lenda and Chalé Lenda combined in a single rental. This is the most complete experience of the project, ideal for groups seeking comfort, privacy, and shared moments in an environment that blends rustic architecture, local art, and nature. From March 2026 onwards, the garden will feature an exclusive 5m x 2.5m swimming pool, integrated with a wooden deck, creating an ideal space to relax after dune excursions, kitesurfing sessions, and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle of Atins. Bedroom 4 will become a new private suite, with a queen bed and a single bed, enhancing comfort for families and small groups. Updated photos will be added as soon as the renovation is completed. Reservations from March 20, 2026 onwards already include these improvements. Goose down pillows. 100% long-fiber cotton towels (440 g). Mini market and breakfast: Casa Lenda offers an on-site mini market with a curated selection of beverages, snacks, and basic items. The list of available items and prices can be consulted in advance by requesting the e-commerce link. Consumption is recorded during the stay, and a detailed list is sent at check-out for review and settlement. If you would like a specific item, we can try to arrange it whenever possible. Breakfast is optional and can be organized upon request, using items from the mini market. Housekeeping and breakfast preparation service: Up to 6 guests – R$170/day Up to 11 guests – R$230/day. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire Casa Lenda: suites, bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, veranda, swimming poll and garden. No areas are shared, ensuring complete privacy throughout the stay. Other things to note Extra services: To make your stay even more complete, we can assist with the organization of transfers and tours in the region, tailored to your profile and preferred pace. It is also possible to arrange quad bike rental, a private chef on demand, as well as massage sessions and yoga classes, ideal for complementing your days of rest after activities in the dunes and in nature. These services can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Important information: Atins is a small village located next to the National Park and surrounded by nature. For this reason, frogs and toads are commonly found, especially at night. The village streets are made of soft sand, and the sun can be intense; many guests choose to get around by quad bike, quad taxi, or 4x4 vehicle for greater comfort and convenience. Casa Lenda also functions as a space dedicated to local art and culture, featuring pieces by regional artists available for purchase. Part of the proceeds from these sales is donated to the Peixinhos da Areia community project, which supports and strengthens the local community.
