Supermarkets, leisure centre and golf club are nearby. Bristol, Gloucester, WWT Slimbridge, Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and Cotswolds are all within easy reach. The space Our home provides the following accommodation: GROUND FLOOR Rear open plan kitchen/dining/living area with bifold doors on two sides, creating the option of an ‘outdoor’ dining experience. Kitchen area fitted with a range of integral appliances and with shelved pantry with fridge/freezer and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Guest access The garage, parking space adjacent to hedge, hot tub, utility freezer and master bedroom wardrobe are retained. Guests have full access to the remainder of the property. Other things to note The property is available for couples or family occupation only. No additional overnight guests without prior approval. Please note that the strength of mobile phone signals for most networks in and around the property can vary from time to time. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the house - guests are asked to do this outside the property. Pets are not allowed on the premises. The hot tub is decommissioned and unavailable for use.
