Welcome to the 4* holiday home Villa Thea in the Bay. Rhön with its 4.5 bedrooms. Here you can rent the sunny balcony room on the upper floor with a view over the garden and your own bathroom. Shared use of kitchen, living room, fireplace, and garden with sun loungers, garden sauna, gas grill. The room offers 1 double bed (180 x 200 or 2 single beds) and 1 single bed (90 x 190), blankets 155 x 220, blackout blinds, Wi-Fi, smart TV, underfloor heating Relax and enjoy the tranquility and abundance of nature! The space Villa Thea is a spacious vacation home from the 1960s, completely renovated in 2023 and now with a lot of comfort. Wood, nature and white offer a simple and beautiful ambience, in contrast to the colorful Rhön nature all around. The common areas can also be used by other guests. Guest access You rent a room and a bathroom for your own use here. The remaining rooms in the house and the garden can also be used by other guests. One parking lot is available in the courtyard. During your stay We hosts live a few houses away. I am best reached by phone. A little patience always comes my way - in the country the clocks tick a little slower and I don't always have my cell phone with me. Other things to note The rental price refers to the specified room incl. bathroom, bed linen, towels and includes all utilities. The common rooms are cleaned weekly, so we ask each guest to always leave the rooms clean and tidy (from the kitchen to the dining table to the couch area). We run the dishwasher when it is full.
