Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, kettle, and cooking utensils. Perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Bedroom: A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed for two. Living Room: Features a sofa , providing a sleeping space for a third guest. Dining table where you can enjoy the meal and \ or work. Bathroom: A modern shower area stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Washing Machine: A washing machine is available for your convenience, ideal for longer stays. The apartment and all appliances are at your disposal for your comfort — we kindly ask that you use them responsibly and take care of the space as if it were your own home. Couple of extra notes: - The balcony is shared with very friendly neighbors. - The apartment is located at 2nd floor without elevator Other things to note House Rules – Please Read Carefully We want every guest to feel at home while helping us keep the apartment in excellent condition. Thank you for treating the space with care! - Trash: Please do not leave excessive trash inside the apartment. - Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A $100 penalty applies for any violation. The shared balcony may be used for smoking. - Towels: Towels are for personal use only and must not be used to mop floors. A mop is provided in the apartment — if you can’t find it, please let us know. Any towel that is permanently damaged or stained will incur a $15 replacement fee per towel. - Bedding: Please take extra care with bed linens. If permanently stained (e.g., wine, makeup, blood), a $100 replacement fee will apply. - Keys: Guests are responsible for the apartment keys. Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee. - Noise: Kindly keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors. - Damages: If any items are broken or damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can address it quickly.
