A village house in the pastoral settlement of Shells in the Valley of Springs. The house has four bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite shower and toilet, another room with a bed and a half and suitable for a couple. The settlement is a mixed community settlement (secular and religious). Since it is a house in the heart of a settlement, the noise of children is received with great joy, but the noise exceeds the permitted hours and the accepted norms (loud music) - less suitable.
