The space - 50% discount on each additional night from the third night 💶 Tapering rates via a ‘special offer’ that we share with you directly on the platform📲 So the price on the platform from 3 nights is not correct ❌ Gîte du Soleil dans la Ruelle - Les Hirondelles has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs 🛏️🛁🚾 All the facilities will enable you to share unique moments with family or friends 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 There's an indoor wellness area with a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a sports area with a rowing machine, a racing bike, dumbbells and fitness equipment, all decorated in Norwegian style 🫧🧖‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏋🚣 From May onwards, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and its water games 💦🏊‍♂️ The pool is secured by a manually operated electric curtain, designed for the safety of small children 🧒 At Gîte du Soleil dans la Ruelle - Les Hirondelles, you can enjoy an exceptional experience thanks to the underground ‘Braséro’ terrace 🔥🪵 This terrace, dug into the ground, will make your summer and winter evenings unforgettable ✨ At the centre of this terrace, with its wide benches, is a Braséro that will give you a real culinary experience 🧑‍🍳🥘 It's a great place to sit by the fire and watch the stars, but also to enjoy a unique barbecue with all your friends and family 🌌 For fans of the classic barbecue, you'll find a dedicated space in the courtyard with the Weber barbecue and its accessories 🍗 You can supervise your cooking while sharing a game of pétanque on the court, located near the Braséro and the barbecue area, which has lighting 🎳 An outdoor play area will delight your children 🛝 Inside, you'll find all the space and comfort you need 🛋️ A large lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove, a billiards table, a home cinema, a library, comfortable sofas and a range of board games, all decorated in a car theme that reflects the history of Le Mans 🎲🔥🏎️ You'll also be able to treat your guests to a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a large table for entertaining friends and family 🍽️🍳 To make things easier, you'll have all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher, raclette sets, plancha, oven, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine... ☕️ This large kitchen-dining room has the advantage of overlooking both the inner courtyard and its heated swimming pool, and the landscaped garden and forest next to our gîte🌲🦌 Near the kitchen, you will find the utility room equipped with a washing machine and a large capacity tumble dryer 🧼 The Gîte du Soleil dans la Ruelle - Les Hirondelles is equipped with 15 single beds with French hotel bedding, measuring 90 cm x 200 cm and which can be assembled as a double bed in ‘King Size’ format. All linen is provided and beds are ready on arrival 🛏️ Bathrooms and WCs are located in the bedrooms or directly nearby 🛁🚾 Towels and hygiene products such as toilet paper, cotton wool and paper towels are provided 🧺 Your children will marvel at our dedicated ‘games’ area, located on the mezzanine. There are lots of construction games, board games and early-learning games for them to play with.
