The Hayloft Studio Flat

Dating from around 1760, Derwent Bank is a Georgian house in Great Broughton, Cumbria. "The Hayloft" is at the side of the house and is now a one double bed studio with an en-suite shower and toilet. It has its own entrance. There is a small fridge, toaster and kettle with tea and coffee and a TV with Netflix etc, and Wifi. The property is approached via a long driveway with parking and turning space at the rear. Note "The Cottage" which sleeps up to 6 can also be booked if required. The space "The Hayloft", part of the large house known as "Derwent Bank", is a characterful, quiet and relaxed work-from-home, private commuter space that provides an ideal base for working locally and, if time allows, exploring the Western Lakes and the Cumbrian coast.
