Ideal house for families, with 4 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, large living room, TV room, kitchen equipped with integrated pantry and barbecue, balcony, service area, lawn and fenced patio. Very well located in Ferrugem, on a quiet street, close to the beach, downtown and markets. Good internet. Covered garage. The space The house has two floors, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 3 single beds, a bathroom and a TV room. On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a very large living room with a balcony, the kitchen, the pantry, the barbecue grill and the entire patio. The patio is great for enjoying the day, with both shaded and sunny spots. The covered barbecue grill allows for celebrations even in the rain. We take great care in sanitizing and cleaning the house to welcome our guests as we would like to be welcomed. We accept small pets. Guest access The entire house and courtyard are available to guests! Other things to note We work with late check-out for guests who want to stay in the house until night, according to the availability of the rental. The house is ideal for 8 guests.
