Sparkling Apartment Above the Palms

Our newly built studio apartment sits atop a tropical garden and an art studio. Relax on the balcony and absorb the tranquilo vibes of small town Mexico. Come and go through you own entrance and kick back in the lower patio. Our place is next to some of our towns coolest cafes and cervecerias and just two blocks from the beach. The space This well planned, second floor studio apartment has everything you need while in San Pancho! There’s a full kitchen, a large bathroom, a queen bed, lounge area, balcony hang out and patio seating in your spot below the palms. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the apartment as well as the brick patio and upstairs balcony. Other things to note It is a great apartment. We stay there a lot when our other houses in town are rented, and I love it. It’s close to town center and the beach and big enough for my husband and I to share. But although we are 2 blocks away from the main drag, our place is not always quiet. The apartment is very near an excellent and popular artesanal Cerveceria that features live music between 9 and 11:30pm four nights a week and closes at midnight. There is also a newer bar down the way that can go late some nights with dancing. These are super fun places if you want to join but are less fun if you’re hoping for peace and quiet every evening. In general, small town Mexico can be loud with banda music, roosters, truck vendors, town celebrations in the plaza, etc. , but this adds another layer of noise for a few hours in the evening. If that is ok with you, then you will definitely enjoy this spot! We provide beach towels and umbrella, important amenities like shampoo, soap, filtered water (all water from the faucets is triple filtered) and basic cooking necessities like olive oil, salt/pepper, etc.
