Description

Clove St, surrounded by bushland with interesting walkways & parks, is conveniently located only 5 minutes from Murrumba Downs train station which links to Brisbane city, the Domestic & International airport, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. It takes only 5 minutes to access the Bruce Highway. A 5-minute drive to Dholes Rocks boat ramp & esplanade to access Moreton Bay. North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, along with IKEA, Costco and all the big names are also within a 10-minute drive. The space Clove St is simple in design, but more than adequately spacious to accommodate up to 5 people. It is extremely clean and quiet. You'll get to hear the birdlife! There are three bedrooms and one study. The main bedroom has a Queen Bed and a small ensuite bathroom. There is a Queen Bed in the second bedroom, whilst the 3rd bedroom has a King Single Bed. All rooms have mirrored and built-in wardrobes. The study is also carpeted with a built-in wardrobe as well. All of the bedrooms are carpeted, whilst the living/dining areas and kitchen are tiled. The laundry is located inside the garage and access to the clothesline is outside a separate door to the northern sunny side of the house. There is also a rainwater tank located here which provides water only for the washing machine and the toilet system. New air conditioners and fans are installed, but rarely have to be used as the house has the benefit of good insulation and breezeways which make for comfortable temperatures. The patio area is a pleasant spot to eat or relax undercover. It backs on to a relatively large garden/lawn area with some interesting birdlife. Banana, lemon, lychee, avocado trees and dragon fruit provide for some backyard relief, along with various ornamentals. There is a one car garage, along with a carport sail in front of the garage to provide more than adequate shelter from the elements whilst parking your vehicle. Guest access The whole house, except for the back garden shed, are acessible to Guests.
