This Modern A-Frame was designed and constructed using local materials and craftsmen. Unplug and relax in this calm, minimalist space. You have what you need and nothing more. A-Frame is a 12'x12' wood frame Tipi with air conditioning on the edge of Shigle Kill (Trout Stream). Enjoy sound and view of flowing water from inside the A-Frame, open the 6' wide patio doors. Electric kettle; electric hot plate; pots & pans; utensils; chopping board; plates; cups; silver; wine glasses are provided. Deck facing the water has two preparation counters and quartz heater. Guest of the A-Frame can walk down to water and enjoy the entire 2 acre property. However, the main cottage on the property may have other guests thus their privacy must be respected. Toilet, sink and hot outdoor shower facility is 200' feet away in the tank room on site. There is no trash pickup/disposal. Overnight trash may be stored in trash bin provided in Tank Room. Tank Room door must be locked at all times & trash carried out at end of stay. Facility harvest and uses filtered rainwater, thus not suitable for drinking & cooking. Bring your own drinking water. Leave used towels in the laundry bin in Tank Room.
