Fully supplied kitchen and windows for a 24-hour view. The lights of the entire valley are quite lovely at dark. The patio for morning sunrises, and refreshing evening views are naturally shaded starting late afternoon. We enjoy the natural light throughout the home. All paint, appliances, and finishes are new last year. Guest access You will have complete access to our home. Other things to note ***October is beautiful here. Our neighbors are finishing their add on. Workers appear usually on weekdays between hours of 8 and 5. Please be aware being in our home, can be peacefully quiet with light sounds of occasional cars and the sounds of birds. Or you can suddenly hear a very loud car zoom by. Sorry it is just unpredictable in the culture of living in Albuquerque. We have noise machines in each bedroom, to help if needed. We don't use them ourselves, as we sleep through the night just fine. We have extremely quiet neighbors and large lots to the east and north. The fireplace is for show only.
