The space It has three cozy and spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed and the remaining with a single bed, two bathrooms complete with every service, one of which is external. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and electric oven. Outside there is a covered patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings and the private pool of 6 x 3 meters, perfect for relaxing in the sun and cooling off in total relaxation. The villa has a washing machine, air conditioning, internet connection, barbecue, outdoor shower and indoor parking. Other things to note AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: - Bedding and bath linens The first supply is optional and has an additional cost of €15 per person (one time). It is mandatory to indicate their presence at the time of booking. Any pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or require an additional payment on site. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric cars or plug-in hybrids using the outlets of the house or common areas, not ready for such use. Consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the property.
