The cabin is ideal for those who are used to and enjoy living in nature and the countryside. It's a very down-to-earth experience. Around you are various animals, both native and from the farm, including cats, dogs, ducks, chickens, horses, goats, calves, cows, etc. Guest access The car does not reach the cabin door because it is in a more enclosed area of forest. Access is via a small stone trail that is already in the cabin garden, where your experience begins and provides more privacy to the accommodation. The car is left in the farm's parking lot at the beginning of this trail, which is easily accessible. Other things to note We would like to share some important guidelines to ensure a pleasant, comfortable and safe stay for everyone, as well as avoiding the collection of additional fees or fines: We are not a hotel or inn, so we do not offer any kind of service during the stay. We rent the accommodation as it is. •Although we love pets, we do not allow them to enter the cabin, as we have animals that stay on the farm and in the cabin such as chickens, dogs, cats, horses, calves, ducks, etc. Even for those who have allergies to dogs or cats, we recommend taking anti-allergic medication, as they are docile and approach because they like affection. The cabin is constantly visited by animals, both from the farm and from neighbors and native animals of the region, so be aware of your food in the outdoor areas (including the balcony) and always try to leave them in the kitchen inside the house. •Please return the cabin in the same condition as it was delivered. Wash your dishes and collect your garbage. •We are not responsible for events that may occur during the rental, such as lack of internet or electricity, since they are the responsibility of the third-party service concessionaires and the cabin is fully immersed in nature and far from the city. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly. And in case of a power outage, the cabin has candles, emergency lights and a solar heater in the showers and hydro. (We do not have a generator or solar energy, OUR ENERGY DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON CEMIG, be aware of this information) •No use of cosmetics, oils, petals, herbs or any object in the bathtub. (Any problems during the stay related to this may incur a maintenance fee) •Be careful with glass doors to avoid possible accidents, such as hitting your head, for example. • In a nature experience, it is essential to use repellent to prevent insect bites. Don't forget yours! • Breakage or damage to cabin utensils and items must be reimbursed by guests (including damage to linen and towels). •Remember that we are surrounded by the lush Atlantic Forest. Take the opportunity to explore the natural beauty around us, but be aware of the possible presence of animals, including venomous ones. •It is strictly PROHIBITED to fish, kill or molest local wildlife. (the lake is monitored) •We recommend checking items such as shoes, bathrobes and towels before using them to avoid surprises. •Please do not throw paper, sanitary pads or any other objects into the toilets. •You can listen to music after 10 pm, but we ask that the volume be adjusted so as not to disturb the other guests of the farm. Portable sound boxes are allowed. - •We are located in an area completely surrounded by forest, which means that it is common to see several types of wild animals up close, especially at night, and because we are on the lake, many of them take the opportunity to drink water and feed. If you want to avoid unwanted visits, do not leave windows and doors open after 6 p.m. Remember, we are visiting their habitat, and our goal is to provide an experience in the midst of nature. We have no control over the animals of the forest, in fact, we are in their environment. Farm animals are also raised free-range. In addition to seeing them and receiving visits in the cabin, it is common to hear them sometimes walking on the roof (birds, cats, monkeys, bats, wild cats, etc.), once again, we are inside a preserved forest and respecting the abundant life in the place is our commitment. The cabin is the ideal place for those who appreciate and seek this kind of contact. We do not recommend it for those who do not like or have any kind of problem with animals. • The gourmet balcony is an outdoor area of the cabin, when sleeping do not leave food in the outdoor area, this attracts animals from the forest and the farm, once again, we have no control over nature. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We hope your stay is memorable and that you make the most of your time at our lake cabin!
