On the ground floor there is a cozy, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a TV with Netflix access. Next to the living room is a bathroom with a shower, and next to an air-conditioned office with a comfortable desk and couch that can be used as an extra sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare any meal. Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and one of them has an extra toddler bed. You can also add two extra single beds in any room for added flexibility. Safety is provided with anti-burglary blinds and an alarm system. There is also a parking space on the property. The neighborhood of the cottage is quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest and recovery. Completely autonomous, the cottage uses a heat pump and solar panels, and air conditioning can be adjusted separately for each room.
