The space We invite you to discover this charming cottage with a pool, located just a 40-minute drive from the heart of Warsaw. The cottage consists of five comfortable rooms that guarantee coziness and privacy for each family member or group of friends. The huge garden is a great place to relax on warm days. You can use the swimming pool, comfortable garden sofas, sun loungers, barbecue (April - October), a table for shared meals in the open air and a playground for the youngest. On the ground floor there is a cozy, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and a TV with Netflix access. Next to the living room is a bathroom with a shower, and right next to an air-conditioned office with a comfortable desk and a couch that can be used as an additional sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare any meal. Upstairs, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and one of them has an extra toddler bed. There is also an option to add two extra single beds in any room for more flexibility. Security is provided with burglar shutters and alarm system. There is also a parking space on the property. The neighborhood of the cottage is quiet and peaceful, perfect for rest and regeneration. Completely autonomous, the cottage uses a heat pump and solar panels, and the air conditioning can be adjusted separately for each room. Other things to note For each reservation, we charge a refundable security deposit of PLN 1,500. The deposit is intended to secure any damage or destruction caused during the stay. This amount is fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided that the property has not been damaged and its equipment has remained in a non-deteriorated condition. In the event that the value of the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the Guest shall be financially liable up to the full value of the costs incurred for the repair or replacement of the damaged items. Wood for the hot tub and fireplace is not included in the price of the stay. You can bring your own wood or buy it on site for PLN 200 Please note that models of garden and recreational equipment (e.g. barbecue, hammock, patio furniture) may differ from those shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear and tear during guest stays and the seasonality of some items. Outdoor equipment is available seasonally – usually from April to October.
