This garden level living space has a private entrance, a large living area with kitchenette (microwave, sink, refrigerator, toaster oven), two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with either two singles or a king and three couches for extra guests. The 3/4 bath has heated floors in the winter. Look out at the woods and stream while you relax at this forest fantasy. It is a 10 minute walk to uptown via the Oxford Trails or a 5 minute walk through the woods to Millett Stadium. Free parking. The space This space is the lower level of the main house with a separate entrance to a private patio and yard. Miami's Millett Stadium is visible from the house and the Oxford Trails are directly across the street on Morning Sun Road. Walk or bike uptown or to the Black Covered Bridge and along Four Mile Creek and several parks along the way. Guest access The space has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two singles. There is a large living room with a kitchenette between the bedrooms and a 3/4 bath with a shower. The separate entrance is private as is the patio. The space is adjacent to Millett Parking lot and across the street from the Oxford Trails which lead to miles of hiking or to uptown. Other things to note There is a walkway across the front yard and around the house to the back door that is partially paved and lighted but has no railing since is it a gentle grade.
