The Treehouse is newly refurbish two bedroom apartment nestled in a quiet yet vibrant neighbourhood of Central Lincoln. We have stocked the Tree House with all of the essentials you will need for your stay. All of the attractions of historic Lincoln are within walking distance. The space The Treehouse apartment is situated in the West End of Lincoln a stones throw from the West Common a wide open green space with lots of walking trails and horses. You are greeted into an entrance hallway where stairs take you to the first floor accommodation. The accommodation compromises of - large fully equipped kitchen - Shower room - Twin bedroom (can be made as a double) - Master bedroom -Spacious landing - Large open plan living dining room The property is perfectly situated within walking distance of - the historic uphill Bailgate Area of Lincoln - the cosmopolitan area of Brayford Wharf - the City of Lincoln - The wide open spaces of the West Common We’re dog lovers so the dogs are welcome wherever and we have provided treats, a bed and water bowls. Guest access You have full access to the whole apartment. Other things to note The Tree House is situated above a small neighbourhood cafe called The Sycamore. It opens daily Wednesday-Sunday brunch, then in the evenings on Thursday/Friday/Saturday and last table is seated by 9pm, so should cause minimal disruption to your stay. Due to the central location of the Tree House, on street parking is controlled locally via residents parking scheme. This basically means you need to display a permit in your window when parking on the street. We provide our guests with a parking permit for the duration of their stay. Whilst we can’t guarantee a space outside the house, there’s normally good availability in local streets.
