The space 120 m² duplex loft apartment with large, open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom and separate toilet – ideal for families or couples. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and can use the beautiful garden with well-kept teak furniture to relax and linger. Ideal for relaxing hours in the countryside during your vacation. Other things to note 1) Tourist tax & tourist ID Please note that in addition to the rental price, a mandatory visitor's tax of €1.40 per night and adult must be paid to the host. The following are exempt from visitor's tax: Children under 16 years of age Severely disabled persons and their companions With the visitor's tax, you will receive an electronic tourist card that allows discounts in the city as well as in public transport. At check-in, we will send you a link to the registration data collection and payment instructions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. 2) Security on the premises For security reasons, the entire outdoor area is under video surveillance. Your safety is important to us. 3) Grill and fireplace use The use of the grill and fireplace is your own responsibility. Please discuss this with us in advance so that we can give you an introduction to the devices. Fuel can be purchased from us - please do not buy it separately. A fee applies for use and cleaning. 4) Early check-in and late check-out Early check-in (before 4 pm) or late check-out (after 10 am) is possible by prior arrangement. We charge an additional fee of €50 for this.
