Outside, you’ll find a picnic table where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in countryside views, along with a shared fire pit area — perfect for evening drinks under the stars. During your stay, guests can enjoy a range of on-site facilities within Eden Leisure Village. Treat yourself at the on-site salon, offering hair treatments, nails, massage, waxing, makeup and more (by appointment). A hot tub and infra-red sauna are also available to book, along with a BBQ hut — ideal for special occasions, group stays or relaxed evenings together. Eden Leisure Village is also a popular wedding venue and an excellent location for families and corporate groups, with activities such as Highland Games available on request. We look forward to welcoming you. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire modern chalet, designed for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The chalet features an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. There are three bedrooms in total: one bunk room, one double bedroom, and a spacious king bedroom with a dedicated dressing area and en-suite shower room. An additional modern shower room provides ample facilities for families or groups. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner, making the chalet ideal for self-catering stays. Other things to note We aim to make your stay at Eden Leisure Village as relaxing and enjoyable as possible and are always happy to help with any questions or local recommendations. **Check-in & check-out** Standard check-in is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive later, late check-in may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact the office in advance to arrange the required pre-authorisation. Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. **Bedding & towels** All bedding is provided for your stay in the chalet. **Security pre-authorisation** In line with our Terms and Conditions, a £400 pre-authorised payment is required prior to arrival to cover any incidentals.
