The equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, TVs, and in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays just as enjoyable as quick getaways. Set in a small, pet-friendly building with only six residences, this is the perfect place to enjoy a quieter side of Vallarta while staying close to some restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the pool area. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note Please review the following information before booking: • The building does not have an elevator. The condo is located on the 3rd floor, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. • Guest IDs must be sent before arrival, and prior to check-in. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors are not allowed. • Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules during their stay. • Electricity is included; however, please help us conserve energy by turning off A/C units, lights, and appliances when leaving the condo. • No smoking, parties, events, illegal activities, or excessive noise are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. • Outdoor security cameras are present for safety and security. • Pack n’ Play, highchair, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and additional cleaning services are available upon request and subject to availability.
